Court Is Concerned That Joseline Skipped Town With Reality Show Tot

Where is Bonnie Bella Jordan?

That is the question in a family court judge’s mind after Stevie J and Joseline’s baby hasn’t been seen in weeks.

A court-appointed monitor to the “Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta” exes and baby Bonnie Bella complained in court papers that she hasn’t seen the baby in weeks, and Joseline keeps dodging her.

Bonnie Bella’s court-ordered monitor told Judge Jane Barwick that she asked Joseline several times about the baby’s whereabouts, but hasn’t been given the chance to see her, which she is entitled to under the court order. The monitor said she contacted Joseline almost two weeks ago, and the Puerto Rican Princess’ lawyer told her that Bonnie and her nanny were in Florida while her mother “was out of town.”

The court ordered monitor said in court papers that she left voicemails for the nanny, but she never responded. Finally, she told Joseline that she’d better bring Bonnie to the court for a welfare check on Sept. 25 – but Joseline blew off the appointment.

“As of today B.B.J. has not been produced, and GAL (court monitor) is concerned about her whereabouts and well-being,” court papers state. The monitor was so disturbed by the incident, that she wants the judge to issue an order barring both parents from leaving Georgia with the baby until further notice.

The judge appointed the monitor – known as a guardian ad litem – over the summer to investigate both Stevie and Joseline in order to tell the judge about their fitness as parents.

Singer In Hot Water Over Not Supporting His Kids

Mario Winans won’t be able to sing his way out of this one.

The “I Don’t Wanna Know” singer has been arrested and jailed for falling behind to the tune of six figures in child support for his 12-year-old son, BOSSIP has learned.

Officers from the Bergen County Sheriffs Department raided the former Bad Boy Records artist’s home Fort Lee, NJ Wednesday morning after he amassed a massive debt of more than $171,000 in back child support, according to public records. He was arrested without incident, and his bail figure is the dollar amount of the child support owed, a spokesman for the Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office told BOSSIP.

Winans is already out on $250,000 bail for his tax fraud case after he admitted not filing federal tax returns from 2008 through 2012. He could get up to five years in prison in that separate case.

And it’s not the first time the artist has run afoul of the law when it comes to supporting his son. In 2015, cops cuffed the crooner due to child support arrears after he apparently stopped paying the court-ordered $3,500 a month child support.

The 43-year-old was still in custody Thursday, and is scheduled to go before a family court judge later today.

Story developing.

Reality Star & Talk Show Host Were At Odds In 2014

Reality star Evelyn Lozada has had a well-documented feud with Wendy Williams over comments the TV host made about her son.

But the “Basketball Wives” star put their beef to the side as she spoke out in support of Wendy Williams as the TV host weathers bombshell cheating allegations involving her husband of almost 20 years.

According to reports, the 53-year-old New Jersey native’s husband, Kevin Hunter, has been carrying on an affair with a 32-year-old massage therapist for the past decade. Wendy denied the reports on her show Tuesday, flashing her huge wedding ring and insisting that everything was fine in their marriage.

“At the end of the day, Wendy and I have had our words before,” Lozada told BOSSIP Tuesday. “And I don’t always support things that she says or she does, but you know, I do feel for her as a woman, because at the end of the day, that hurts. Being betrayed like that, finding out that your significant other has this whole other life.”

Williams infamously called Lozada’s son Carl Jr. (with baseball player Carl Crawford) a “cash register” back in 2014 – but Evelyn fired back, taking to Twitter to claim that Kevin bought shoes for his mistress at her Miami shoe boutique, Dulce.

“When I had those words with her, I’d just had my son when she made those comments, but I wish her well. I do,” Lozada said, adding that she hopes the incident will be a wakeup call for Wendy.

“Hopefully, she will humble herself, and watch what she says about people,” she said.
