The 60th Annual Grammy Awards was a neverrrrrr-ending celebration of music excellence (and eyebrow-raising snubbery) splashed with your favorite stars, Her Royal Slayness Queen Bey, decent/terrible performances and not-very-surprising “surprises” that inspired a wave of hilarious memes.
Denzel Washington Is Curious About One Of Drake’s Tattoos
Denzel Washington was on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon, and it seems that he was never previously made aware of Drake’s tattoo of his face. Back in September, the Toronto rapper got his face prominently tattooed among some other good company on his body–like Lil Wayne and Sade–and it appears Jimmy Fallon just showed Washington for the first time.
Not only was Denzel excited and confused about seeing the tattoo, but he was also made curious about where exactly on Drake’s body the tattoo sits. The actor’s initial response to seeing the tattoo: “That’s crazy.”
His car does not look to have been blocking anyone in their parking spaces and was out the way. All my mans gotta do is call the police or his insurance… Granny is crazy and doesn’t give a damn, though. LOL
Who do you all think is on the right?
T-Pain Joins ‘Desus & Mero’ To Talk Most Poppin’ Strip Clubs
T-Pain took a trip over to ‘Desus & Mero’ to talk to the boys about his impact in creating the entire trend of autotune. He also talks about getting his chain that said, “Big Azz Chain” because some random dude backstage dared him to–he had never bet him before and hasn’t seen him since.
It wouldn’t be a T-Pain interview without talking strip clubs, and he explains the reason his favorite in Chicago shut down. He also discusses his problem with strippers in New York City.
Tyler Perry Terrifies Twitter With Marvel Revelation
King of the chitlin gravy-scented aunties Tyler Perry recently took off his wig and fat suit and revealed that he’s discussed directing a superhero flick with BOTH Marvel Studios and DC in an eyebrow-raising Screen Rant interview that shook up the internet.
Now, to be fair, writer/director/producer/dress-wearer Tyler DID build a mega-successful Black movie empire with a massive (and fiercely loyal) fan base so the meetings make sense but that didn’t stop all Hell from breaking loose across Black Twitter. (Madea Goes To Wakanda? shivers)
Peep some hilarious Twitter hysteria over Tyler’s secret Marvel convos on the flip.
The whole entire world is in shambles, but hey, at least the Juice is officially loose after serving 9 years in prison (for stealing his own property) that ended with a very lowkey release and never-ending hysteria across the internet.
This weekend, SNL’s Michael Che became one of Black America’s greatest heroes when he called Donald Trump both a “b!tc#” and a “cracka” on live national television during Weekend Update.
Per usual, a dusty azz white person feigned outrage and tried to equate “cracka” to “ni**er”.
